Anti-Spam Policy
Last updated: July 2026 · Version 1.0
Zero Tolerance for Spam
Wamaxify has a zero-tolerance policy for spam. Using Wamaxify to send unsolicited bulk messages is a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy and will result in immediate account termination.
What Counts as Spam?
- Sending messages to recipients who have not explicitly opted in to receive WhatsApp messages from you
- Sending the same or substantially similar messages to large numbers of unrelated recipients
- Sending messages after a recipient has asked you to stop
- Using purchased, rented, or harvested contact lists
- Disguising the true sender of a message
Consent Requirements
Before messaging any recipient via Wamaxify, you must have:
- Prior explicit consent from the recipient to receive WhatsApp messages from you
- A legitimate business or personal relationship with the recipient
- Compliance with all applicable local laws governing commercial messaging
Recommended Daily Limit
We strongly recommend a maximum of 50–100 messages per day per WhatsApp number. Higher volumes increase the risk of WhatsApp account suspension and are inconsistent with legitimate personalised communication.
Reporting Spam
If you receive spam through Wamaxify or witness misuse, please report it to abuse@wamaxify.com with as much detail as possible. We investigate all reports.
