Terms of Service

Wamaxify (“Wamaxify”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a platform owned and operated by Vuebuzztech Solutions Pvt Ltd.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a licence, or using Wamaxify software (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Licence Grant

Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms, Wamaxify grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Wamaxify browser-based platform, signed in from up to two (2) browsers simultaneously, for the duration of your paid subscription period.

3. Subscription and Payment

Access to the full Service requires an active paid licence (“Wamaxify Pro”) at the price shown at checkout. Your licence is valid for one (1) year from the date of payment. Licences do not auto-renew unless you explicitly set up recurring billing. Upon expiry, you may renew at the then-current price.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy and Anti-Spam Policy. Violations may result in immediate termination of your licence without refund.

5. WhatsApp Terms Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Wamaxify complies with WhatsApp's Terms of Service. Wamaxify is not responsible for any action WhatsApp takes against your account. See our WhatsApp Disclaimer for full details.

6. Intellectual Property

Wamaxify and all related software, trademarks, and content are the property of Wamaxify and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service.

7. Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wamaxify's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. In no event shall Wamaxify be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
