Wamaxify is owned and operated by Vuebuzztech Solutions Pvt Ltd, which acts as the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

1. What We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to operate the Service:

  • Account data: name, email address, country, encrypted password hash
  • Licence data: device fingerprint (hashed), app version, OS, activation/last-active timestamps
  • Payment data: payment references and amounts from Stripe or Razorpay. We never store full card numbers or bank details.
  • Support data: messages you send us via support tickets
  • Legal acceptance records: which version of our policies you accepted, timestamp, IP address
  • Error logs: anonymised crash reports (email addresses scrubbed before transmission)

2. What We Do NOT Collect

  • Your WhatsApp contacts or phone numbers
  • Message content you compose or send
  • Campaign data, contact lists, or sending history
  • Your WhatsApp session data

All campaign and contact data is stored exclusively on your local device and never transmitted to Wamaxify servers.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To create and manage your account and licence
  • To process payments and send receipts
  • To verify your licence when you sign in to the platform
  • To send transactional emails (verification, password reset, licence expiry)
  • To respond to support tickets
  • To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

4. AI Features

The AI message rewrite feature uses Anthropic's Claude API. Message text is sent to Anthropic's servers using your own API key. Please review Anthropic's Privacy Policy. We do not receive or store the content of messages you rewrite.

5. Third-Party Processors

  • Stripe (USA) — payment processing
  • Razorpay (India) — payment processing for Indian customers
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • Sentry — error monitoring (anonymised)
  • Railway / Neon — database hosting

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account exists and for up to 90 days after deletion. Payment records are retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance. Anonymised error logs are retained for 30 days.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To request account deletion or a data export, open a support ticket. We will process your request within 30 days.

8. Cookies

Our website uses only essential cookies required for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies without your consent.
