Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted Uses

You may use Wamaxify to send personalised messages to individuals who have given you explicit permission to contact them via WhatsApp, including customers, leads, or contacts who have opted in to receive your communications.

Prohibited Uses

You must NOT use Wamaxify to:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) to people who have not consented
• Harvest or scrape phone numbers from websites, social media, or other sources without consent
• Send messages that violate any applicable law (including anti-spam, data protection, consumer protection, and advertising laws)
• Send illegal content, malware, phishing attempts, or fraudulent messages
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate any person
• Impersonate any person, business, or organisation
• Send hate speech, discriminatory content, or content that incites violence
• Violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service in ways that could expose Wamaxify or other users to legal risk
• Resell or redistribute Wamaxify or your licence to third parties
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Wamaxify software
• Use Wamaxify to send messages at a rate exceeding reasonable personal use (recommended: 50–100 per day)

Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your licence without refund, and may be reported to applicable authorities.
