Wamaxify (“the Software”, “we”, “us”) is an independent software product. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to WhatsApp Inc., Meta Platforms Inc., Facebook Inc., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. The names “WhatsApp”, “Meta”, and “Facebook” are registered trademarks of their respective owners.

2. Unofficial Access Method

Wamaxify works by automating the WhatsApp Web interface (web.whatsapp.com) through a headless browser. This is an unofficial method. WhatsApp does not provide a supported API for this purpose, and this usage may violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service.

3. Risk of Account Suspension

WhatsApp actively detects and bans accounts that use automation tools. Your personal WhatsApp number may be permanently suspended without notice if WhatsApp determines that automation is being used. Wamaxify and its creators accept no responsibility whatsoever for any account suspension, data loss, or loss of access to WhatsApp services.

4. No Anti-Ban Guarantee

Wamaxify includes configurable delays and daily limits. These features are provided for your convenience and do not guarantee that your account will not be suspended. Do not rely on any “anti-ban” claims or techniques.

5. Responsible Use

We strongly recommend:

• Limiting sends to 50–100 messages per day per WhatsApp number
• Only messaging people who have consented to receive messages from you
• Not using Wamaxify to send spam, promotional bulk messages, or unsolicited content
• Using a secondary WhatsApp number (not your primary personal number) for campaigns

6. Your Sole Responsibility

By using Wamaxify, you acknowledge that you are solely and entirely responsible for all messages sent through the Software, any consequences arising from account suspension or WhatsApp enforcement action, and compliance with all applicable laws including anti-spam, data protection, and consumer protection laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wamaxify and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software or WhatsApp, including but not limited to account suspension, loss of business, or loss of data.
